Job Summary: We are seeking a Radio Communications Operator with experience in monitoring and tracking procedures, and solid knowledge of security systems and customer service. Key Points: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and incident response. 2. Knowledge of security systems and monitoring software (alarms/CCTV). 3. Appropriate customer service skills.
