




Position Summary: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, preventing failures and guaranteeing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and keep the QMS and Environmental Management System updated. 2. Validate and accept products/services across different processes. 3. Plan Quality Committee meetings for improvement. ***General Objective of the Position*** Ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of the QMS to prevent, identify, and correct product or service failures or defects, as well as ensure compliance with established quality standards, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and organizational competitiveness through continuous improvement. ***Responsibilities and Authority*** * Properly administer and maintain the QMS and Environmental Management System updated. * Perform validation and acceptance of products or services across different processes. * Monitor established processes according to QMS and Environmental Management System procedures. * Plan Quality Committee meetings and provide feedback to the Assembly Manager regarding presented information to generate improvement opportunities. * Follow up on institutional programs being implemented. * Verify that the QMS is implemented as planned. **Activities** Document Control Procedure.
