Job Summary: This position ensures that equipment is ready to meet the printing schedule, verifying operational conditions and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure printing quality according to authorized samples. 2. Coordinate and ensure compliance with printing machine scheduling. 3. Personnel management and leadership skills. **SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON KNOWLEDGE AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE** **Job Objective:** Ensure all equipment is operational to fulfill the cutting printing schedule in accordance with technical specifications and production planning, verifying compliance with all established operational conditions. Requirements: **Academic Qualification:** * Industrial, Textile, or related Engineering degree **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in printing departments **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive fabric cuts from the warehouse area for printing according to the production sequence. * Coordinate with the printing operator to reproduce the sample for production. * Comply with printing machine operational conditions and scheduling. * Ensure printing quality according to the authorized sample. * Supervise assigned personnel **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of machinery (octopus machines) * Fabric weaving and dyeing processes * Knowledge of textile fibers * Measurement of fabric weight, width, and density * Defect identification * Colorimetry * Quality Management and Continuous Improvement systems * Knowledge of yarns and spinning processes **Skills:** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
