Inventory management and expiration date control Position: **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **Position Objective** Ensure efficient control, organization, and supply of veterinary products in the warehouse, guaranteeing accurate receipt, proper placement, and order fulfillment of goods, as well as inventory accuracy to maintain product availability according to turnover. **Main Responsibilities** * **Goods Receipt**: Receive products from suppliers, verifying quantities, expiration dates, batches, and condition. * **Storage**: Place goods in assigned locations, following criteria for order, rotation (FIFO), and safety. * **Order Fulfillment**: Prepare and fulfill orders requested by customers or branches, ensuring accuracy in quantities, packaging, and batches. * **Inventories**: Conduct periodic physical inventories, identify discrepancies, and record adjustments as appropriate. Report goods nearing expiration. * **Stockout Control**: Record out-of-stock or nearly out-of-stock items and report them promptly to generate replenishment orders based on turnover and demand. * **Documentary Record and Control**: Maintain up-to-date physical or digital records of receipts, shipments, and stock levels, complying with internal and regulatory guidelines. **Required Profile** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: 3\-4 years in warehousing, inventory, or logistics * Knowledge: Inventory management, expiration date control, and product rotation. * Skills: Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and responsibility Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
