Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Receptionist for City Express by Marriott Hotels, responsible for supervising hotel operations and ensuring efficient and safe service during the night shift. We invite you to experience the best work environment as a **NIGHT** **RECEPTIONIST**, working at our **City Express by Marriott Mexico City Alameda Hotel.** **What Do I Need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * One year of experience in front desk operations and night audit. * Knowledge of Housekeeping and Cashier departments. **Responsibilities:** * Represents General Management during their shift. * Plans, coordinates, and supervises hotel activities and operations during the night shift. * Ensures continuity of operations and service efficiency. * Resolves guest complaints. * Performs the previous day’s audit, verifying proper closure of operations. * Generates, verifies, and distributes statistical and operational control reports for the hotel. * Verifies compliance with preventive activities of the hotel’s Security Brigade. * Identifies, contains, and directs necessary actions in case of emergencies occurring during the shift. * Maintains the hotel’s normal and safe operations during the night shift according to the chain’s service standards. * Anticipates and prepares necessary arrangements to begin hotel operations the following morning. * Resolves guest requests promptly and effectively during the shift. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $10,500 * Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus: $1,500 * Statutory benefits. * Free cafeteria service. * Free uniform. * Training. * Positive work environment. * Professional growth. **Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with one weekday day off.** **Work Location: Revillagigedo 23, Colonia Centro, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06090 Mexico City, CDMX.** Don’t hesitate to apply—submit your updated information or send me your CV to our hotel chain.
