Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to safely and efficiently operate welding equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient production techniques. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate MIG welding equipment and auxiliary equipment 2. Perform part inspections and document production 3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating welding equipment to produce finished parts, with a primary focus on safety, quality, and efficient production techniques. * Operate MIG welding equipment and any auxiliary equipment. * Start up and operate assembly equipment. * Adjust and set up welding tooling equipment as needed. * Perform part inspections, including visual inspections and measurements. * Complete required production documentation. * Label and prepare finished products for material handler pickup. * Maintain 5\-S standards in the assigned area. * Report all quality, production, or safety issues to the Team Leader. * Be available to work overtime as required. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or GED required. * Experience: Minimum two years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Prior experience in an assembly/welding or manufacturing environment is preferred. * Skills: * Basic computer and math skills required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required. * Ability to work at a fast pace. * Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours. * Capable of performing basic maintenance or mechanical tasks. * Problem-solving ability.
