Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Technician to analyze, diagnose, and perform repairs on machines and equipment, resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues. Must participate in solving mechanical problems, transmission issues, and corrective maintenance of production equipment—including areas related to: hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, steam systems, and power transmission. **Age:** 35 to 45 years old **Marital Status:** Any **Specific Educational Background:** Mechanical Technician graduate from a technical school (e.g., CONALEP, CETACI, Escuela Mexicana de Electricidad) **Software Proficiency:** Excel, Office **Personality Traits:** High sense of responsibility and urgency; dynamic. **Required Knowledge:** 5 years of experience in maintenance activities. **Required Experience and Responsibilities:** Must be able to interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams; diagnose and correct faults in motors and electrical systems of machinery and equipment; diagnose and correct faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of machinery and equipment; high sense of responsibility and urgency; dynamic; leadership qualities. **Work Schedule: Rotating shifts monthly** 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Third shift used only for special needs 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM **Work Location:** Poniente 116 \# 571, Col.
