Key liaison between departments and logistics activity tracking Job Description: A leading company in ground support equipment maintenance and other services, with a strong track record in the aviation industry. Seeking an Industrial Engineer/Technician or Administrator whose primary responsibility will be supervision and documentation of contract, process, and procedure compliance, as well as implementation of improvements. Work is 80% desk-based and 20% field-based. Requirements: \- Degree in Industrial Engineering/Technology, Administration, or related field \- Experience in process documentation and improvement implementation \- Organized and proactive \- Preferably residing near the area Key Responsibilities: \- Control equipment entry into various processes, ensuring proper documentation and file archiving. \- Coordinate and track logistics activities including transportation, delivery, and receipt of equipment and materials, maintaining up-to-date records. \- Serve as liaison between Purchasing, Warehouse, and Offices, verifying that Purchasing acquires and Warehouse delivers materials requested by branches, maintaining updated records. \- Supervise and track resolution of out-of-service equipment across our various workshops and offices. \- Prepare compliance reports and generate availability and reliability indicators. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Uniform.
