We are looking for a junior auditor **Requirements** * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle with a valid motorcycle license * Minimum experience in fiber optics or telecommunications fields * Experience in customer service and problem resolution * Completed secondary education * Experience using digital platforms and ease of use with mobile phones **Responsibilities** * Daily submission of work orders and preparation of materials for equipment replacement and installation. * Route planning and client visits to maximize the number of services performed. * Updating and verifying equipment installation lists, as well as diagnosing unreachable clients or vacant addresses. * Reporting incidents, rescheduled clients, incorrect addresses, or rejected services to the radio dispatcher. * Daily delivery of replaced equipment and management of the loan folder. * Tool handover and receipt with the supervisor at the beginning and end of each shift. * Equipment receipt and delivery at the warehouse, ensuring inventory control and necessary clarifications. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of 9451 * Food vouchers and savings fund * Work equipment * Bonuses for completed work orders * Coverage areas: Nicolás Romero, Villa del Carbón, Tepojaco, Tepotzotlán * Schedule: 12-hour shifts, working one day on, one day off Salary: $9,451\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
