Participation in improvement projects and audits A prominent plastic injection company is seeking: Industrial Nurse RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Medical care and first aid. 2\. Monthly generation of indicator reports. 3\. Health assessment of newly hired personnel. 4\. Issuance of pink slips for personnel withdrawal from shift due to work-related accidents or illnesses. 5\. Control and replenishment of first-aid kits and medications for initial treatment, as permitted by applicable regulations. 6\. Daily facility inspections and documentation, identifying and reporting proper use of PPE, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. 7\. Ensuring the medical service area remains clean, organized, and equipped with necessary first-aid equipment. 8\. Supporting fire extinguisher maintenance and smoke detector recharging. 9\. Assisting in incident/accident reporting and ensuring closure with involved responsible parties. 10\. Updating documentation and maintaining records required by the Management System and applicable regulations. 11\. Supporting the coordination and implementation of preventive programs and vaccination campaigns together with Safety and Hygiene teams. 12\. Preparing nursing requisitions to ensure safety stock levels. 13\. Attending courses (internal or external) and meetings punctually and regularly. 14\. Participating in and engaging with internal/external improvement projects and audits (internal/client/supplier). 15\. Identifying, monitoring, and controlling area-related risks. 16\. Protecting organizational information, as well as equipment, materials, and tools provided for activity execution. 17\. Distributing and replacing PPE for personnel. 18\.
