Professional development opportunities and managerial training We are seeking an Operations Manager for a boutique hotel in MTY (residency at the hotel required). We seek a candidate with strong expertise in positioning and operating boutique hotels. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across 9 rooms, profitability, and guest experience from the pre-opening phase through daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead hotel opening: operational planning, implementation of standards, and coordination with project departments. Define and execute the operational strategy to position the hotel in the luxury market. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and all operational staff (front desk, maintenance). Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop teams. Establish and monitor operational KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, response times). Control and optimize operational costs (labor, supplies, maintenance); prepare and track budgets. Manage vendors and operational contracts. Handle and resolve incidents and complaints with a focus on guest experience. Implement preventive maintenance programs and inventory control. Provide periodic reporting to senior management and collaborate on commercial and marketing plans. Requirements: Proven experience operating boutique hotels; prior experience as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. Experience in direct sales and implementing premium service standards. Strong knowledge of operational financial management and cost control. Leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills. Customer-service orientation. Intermediate English. Compensation: Monthly salary of MXN 30,000 plus KPI-based bonuses.
