Knowledge: Proficiency in computer equipment, internet, Google Suite, and collections. Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, cashier, receptionist, or administrative assistant roles. Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks including collections, member enrollments and cancellations, transfers, contract activations and cancellations for charges.
