We seek a person who delivers professional, friendly, and warm service, generating an extraordinary experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities: Perform check-in and check-out procedures. Use the Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal to process payments, manage deposits, and open/close vouchers. Respond to requests, resolve inquiries, and efficiently route requests. Handle complaints and incidents empathetically, resolving issues with team support.
