




Job Summary: Coordinate front desk operations and customer service, including table management, reservations, and upkeep of the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide friendly and professional customer service 2. Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent service 3. Maintain an immaculate reception area * Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Assign tables according to availability and restaurant traffic flow. * Manage the waiting list during peak hours. * Coordinate with servers and management to ensure proper customer service. * Handle incoming phone calls and reservations. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. * Perform general cleaning duties within your work area. * Assist with additional tasks as directed by management. * Support crowd control and wait time management. * Customer service experience (preferably in Chinese restaurants). * Excellent personal appearance. * Strong verbal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability.
