Position Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent for customer service, reservation management, internal communication, and policy compliance, with availability to rotate shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and reservation management. 2. Internal coordination and promotion of hotel services. 3. Ethical handling of guests' confidential information. Main Responsibilities: Customer Service: * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. * Provide clear and accurate information about hotel services, rates, hours, and activities. * Efficiently address guest inquiries and requests. * Reservation Management and Check\-In/Check\-Out: * Register guest arrivals and departures using the hotel management system. * Confirm reservations and make modifications according to hotel policies. * Handle payments, billing, and daily cash reconciliation. Internal Communication: * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to meet guest needs. * Notify security in case of unusual situations or emergencies. Promotion and Sales: * Offer and promote additional hotel services such as banquet hall rentals. * Inform guests about promotions or special packages. Policy Compliance: * Ensure all activities comply with internal hotel policies and established quality standards. * Handle guests' confidential information ethically and professionally. Shift Rotation Availability: * 1st shift: 7:00am \-3:00pm * 2nd shift: 3:00pm\-11:00pm * 3rd shift: 11:00pm\-7:00am Skills: * No transportation issues * High school diploma * Computer literacy * Strong verbal communication skills / Customer service orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $3,250\.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service experience: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
