Position Summary: An experienced financial leader is sought to lead and oversee key areas, strategically manage cash flow, and optimize the revenue cycle. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of the hospital revenue cycle **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field * Proven experience of 10–15 years in financial areas * 5–8 years of experience in managerial positions * Intermediate English (Preferred) * Leadership skills * Knowledge of performance indicator management and results-oriented work. **DESCRIPTION:** * Lead and supervise Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable departments with a results-oriented focus * Strategically manage cash flow * Supervise and optimize the hospital revenue cycle * Validate and authorize critical financial decisions * Monitor key financial and operational indicators of the hospital **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with 2 hours for meals Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
