The main objective is to provide high-quality service by supporting policyholders throughout the entire reporting and resolution process of their claims. Main Responsibilities * Contact customers via telephone and collect required information. * Explain the remote service process to policyholders. * Follow up via WhatsApp to receive documents, photographs, and damage reports. * Provide guidance and support until the claim is fully resolved. Requirements * Partially completed or completed bachelor’s degree. (Verifiable) * Proven experience in customer service. * Passion for service and customer orientation. * Flexible availability (rotating 10-hour shifts). * Clean credit bureau report (report required).
