Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience: 2 years in customer service Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive customer service and timely follow-up to the company’s customers, ensuring proper coordination among sales, production, design, planning, and logistics, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and accurate order administration. Skills: * Organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * High stress tolerance and strong sense of responsibility. * Strong communication and follow-up skills. Main Responsibilities: 1) Track orders punctually from receipt through to customer delivery. 2) Maintain constant communication with customers regarding order status, deliveries, changes, and incidents. 3) Coordinate information among sales representatives, production, design, quality assurance, and logistics. 4) Enter purchase orders and validate product technical specifications. 5) Request and track approvals for designs, artwork, and samples. 6) Monitor committed delivery dates and alert on potential delays. 7) Handle customer complaints and inquiries. 8) Update customer and order information in ERP or internal systems. 9) Generate customer service and follow-up reports. 10) Support the sales department in post-sales follow-up and service.
