Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in accounting systems and financial analysis to ensure accurate recording of business transactions. Key Highlights: 1. Management of financial statements and balance control **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with any accounting system (e.g., CONTPAQ) * Knowledge of financial statements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receipt and validation of documents and invoices (CFDI); review of expenses and purchases * Bank reconciliations and account clean-up * Recording of standard accounting transactions * Preparation of working papers for control and reconciliation of figures * Performing administrative tasks related to filing and recordkeeping * Validating and recording the company’s operational accounting transactions and verifying their proper accounting treatment * Account analysis and clean-up * Proper aging control of balances, both accounts receivable and accounts payable * Preparing bank reconciliations.
