Job Summary: This position focuses on the preparation and delivery of chemical mixtures, inventory management, and waste disposal to support production operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and delivery of component mixtures for production. 2. Inventory management of materials and chemicals. 3. Handling and compaction of hazardous chemical waste. Shift Start Ensure no shortages exist at the mixing table Mix components based on production requirements Deliver mixtures to production lines Replenishment rounds for acetone, alcohol, and toluene in production areas Material requisition via TCMIS Scanning of products in drawers and other storage areas Receiving chemicals from delivery trucks / replenishing storage areas Replenishment of consumables Clarification and compaction of chemical/hazardous waste Removal of bags from the painting area and containers of contaminated water Inspection of expired materials / removal and re-labeling
