




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Boarding Agent to join our team, coordinating port operations and cargo vessel formalities. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of a great team 2. What will you do in this role? · Vessel registration; arrival notification; updating arrival documents; notifying authorities of arrival; requesting free pratique; requesting land passes; requesting arrival authorization; planning operations; vessel clearance; amendment requests; anchorage requests; access permits; onboard visit permits; enrollment requests; disenrollment requests; pilot requests; tugboat requests; launch requests; mooring/unmooring requests, etc. · Pick up Health and Migration authorities from their offices for vessel reception and clearance, as applicable. · Send daily port status reports to all involved departments. · Send weekly vessel voyage reports to terminals every Monday. · Attend API scheduling meetings to schedule berthing for vessels operated by ONE MEXICO. · Process onboard work permits through API Protection for approval by the Port Captaincy. · Manage payments to the Port Captaincy, Migration, etc. · Dispatch vessel documentation packages. · Coordinate handling of reefers with onboard failures, both on vessels and at terminals. · Request terminal access permits for suppliers and any personnel performing activities essential to vessel operations. · Request container reefer interrogation files with Cold Treatment technology from Technical Staff and Terminals. · Track reefer containers with Cold Treatment technology that are in transshipment status. · Submit temperature change, ventilation, etc. requests and follow up accordingly. · Submit Expo/Transshipment discrepancy confirmation requests and follow up accordingly. · Follow up on seal dispatch requests per documentation package (requires travel to the yard and delivery to the corresponding documentation office). · Monitor vessel operations at port, as well as ETC, to schedule port services for departure and/or modifications thereof on the APIMAN website. · Coordinate SSCEC certificate renewal requests with Health authorities, as requested by vessels. · Coordinate waste and sludge discharge requests, as requested by vessels. · Request waste discharge inspection from OISA SAGARA. Requirements: * Administrative knowledge.
