We take pride in our customer-centric culture and seek someone who shares our commitment to service excellence. \> Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent attention and service by performing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. \> Responsibilities: * Process banking transactions efficiently and accurately. * Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving customer issues. * Collaborate with team members to ensure proper branch operations. * Ensure appropriate handling of cash and other assets. \> Requirements: * Availability to work rotating shifts: day, intermediate, and evening. * Prior experience in a similar role or handling cash. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability in cash handling and problem resolution. * Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain high integrity. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays).
