Our team continues to grow with people passionate about customer service and excellence. **Job Description** In this Auditor/Receptionist role at ibis, ibis Styles, or ibis budget, you will warmly and professionally welcome our guests, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes. You will also perform nightly audits, manage payments and balances, and verify the accuracy of daily transactions. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Torreón, COA, where you will contribute to creating comfortable and satisfying experiences for all visitors. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service and front office hotel operations to ensure impeccable and efficient service. * Knowledge of nightly audit procedures and systems to review and ensure daily account closures. * Proficiency in administrative tasks, including payment processing, invoicing, and data recordkeeping. * Ability to handle problem-solving situations and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Other desirable qualifications include proficiency in additional languages and familiarity with hospitality-specific technological tools.
