Growth within a wellness boutique concept Operations Assistant – Boutique Fitness Studio At **TALENT Co\-Wellness Center**, we are looking for a person passionate about wellness, organized, and with an excellent service attitude who wants to join a team focused on creating unique experiences within a boutique fitness studio. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 years or older * Gender: No preference * Education: Completed high school or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Front desk roles at fitness studios, gyms, or wellness centers (preferred) * In-person customer service * Knowledge: * Proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (basic to intermediate level)** * Key skills: * Excellent service attitude * Organization and attention to detail * Clear and empathetic communication * Punctuality and commitment * Proactivity **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer reception and assistance * Reservation management and attendance tracking * Support in daily studio operations * Customer follow-up and support in basic sales (classes and packages) * Basic administrative tasks (reports, records, databases) * Support in maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper operation of the space * Inventory management **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: **1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.** * 2 Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$9,000 MXN** * Probation period: 3 months * After probation: **Indefinite-term contract** * Excellent work environment * Growth within a wellness boutique concept **Location and Mobility:** * Must have **easy access to the studio** (public transportation or personal vehicle) **Ideal Profile:** We seek someone who connects with the fitness and wellness lifestyle, enjoys interacting with people, and wishes to grow within an expanding studio.
