Mission * Receive cash, checks, or other payment methods from daily sales, accounts receivable collections, or other company activities, ensuring reconciliation, protection, and security. * Perform credit and collections activities to ensure customers pay promptly according to their credit terms, and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Responsibilities * Execute and manage cash receipt operations; serve employees at the cashier window; receive cash, documents, and sales support materials; verify amounts; and enter information into the system to generate settlements. * Comply with security measures and cash custody protocols: perform cash counts, prepare deposits, complete deposit slips, and ensure proper delivery of funds to the transport company or bank. * Manage recording of received funds: track and file deposits by denomination, route, and sales representative, and send related information to the Revenue Department for follow-up. * Coordinate transportation and custody of funds: liaise with transport companies or authorities to ensure secure delivery of funds and retain corresponding receipts. * Conduct credit and collections activities: prepare collection documents, manage counter-receipts, receive customer payments, submit supporting documentation, and maintain updated case files. * Participate in physical inventories: conduct physical counts of products, packaging, and assets; reconcile data; and assist with adjustments and document integration. * Perform internal control activities: validate shrinkage provisions, verify field inventories, and support operational activities at the distribution center.
