Job Summary: Store Staff prepare quality products, manage transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment, delivering customer service and inventory support. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness in the work area and dining area **Role Summary:** Store Staff are responsible for preparing high-quality products, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Product Preparation:** Prepare tea-based beverages and desserts strictly following the brand's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). * **Customer Service:** Greet customers, take orders at the point of sale (POS/Cashier), and provide product recommendations. * **Store Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness at the workstation, service area, and dining area at all times. * **Inventory Support:** Assist with receiving, counting, and restocking raw materials and supplies. **Requirements** * **Location (Mandatory):** **Reside near the El Rosario area (Azcapotzalco Borough/Tlalnepantla).** * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service or Food & Beverage (F&B) is preferred but not required. Recent graduates are welcome. * **Soft Skills:** Friendly personality, strong service orientation, and team-oriented mindset. * **Availability:** Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * **Education:** Completed upper secondary education \- General High School Diploma. * **Languages:** Native or fluent Spanish.
