Currently, there is a first-stage plantation of approximately 2 hectares, with 405 Hass avocado trees and 105 Persian and Colima lime trees. These trees are entering their third year of planting and are in good condition, already yielding fruits of good size and quality in initial harvests. In the second stage, an additional 16,500 m2 is under planting process, including 400 Hass avocado trees and 80 Persian lime trees. The total area of the first and second stages is approximately 36,000 m2. The total number of trees is 805 Hass avocado trees and 185 Persian and Colima lime trees. The ranch has irrigation water infrastructure, a main house serving as storage and office, roads, facilities, irrigation water, and spring water taps. A microclimate exists in the Naranjo area, providing suitable conditions for avocado production. The plantation is organic; no agrochemicals, non-organic fertilizers, manure, or insecticides are used.
