Position Summary: PT Warehouse Manager responsible for ensuring receipt, storage, and picking of materials; resource allocation; and supervision of personnel, guaranteeing compliance with processes and work programs. Key Highlights: 1. Manages receipt, storage, and picking of materials in the warehouse. 2. Supervises operational staff and ensures process compliance. 3. Experience coordinating cyclic counts and performance indicators. **Position: PT Warehouse Manager** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure receipt of materials (from suppliers, transfers, re-shipments, and supplies), verifying compliance with quality requirements, correct quantities as ordered, proper identification, and appropriate warehouse storage. * Assign necessary resources and priorities for receiving and storing materials from customer supply, suppliers, dock crossings, labeling—ensuring receipt and unloading in receiving areas—and track re-shipment deliveries to ensure adherence to established procedures. * Ensure all picking locations remain at capacity during replenishment execution, reporting to the logistics information analyst any locations with incorrect configuration. * Execute established work plans by assigning required resources to guarantee on-time delivery. * Assign transportation orders to staff, optimizing allocated resources to execute each market’s work plan while complying with company-defined parameters. * Ensure picking is performed according to the work schedule, respecting scheduled dates and times, and provide timely follow-up on re-shipment groups. **Experience:** * Coordination of cyclic counts. * Execution or supervision of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, and storage). * Development and analysis of warehouse performance indicators. * Management and supervision of unionized operational staff. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel (database handling, pivot tables, charts, etc.) * ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred) * Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM-059 – Good Storage and Distribution Practices) * SuccessFactors proficiency (preferred) **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration, Engineering, or related field. **We Offer:** * Full statutory benefits, plus enhanced bonus and Christmas bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Savings plan. * Life insurance. * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation. * Brand discounts. **Location:** Tlajomulco.
