Responsible for administrative management and report generation. **BLUM RESTAURANT GROUP** **HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** **Position Description:** POSITION DESCRIPTION: Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, ensuring continuity of logistics processes in their absence. Serve as second-in-command, ensuring inventory control, coordination of operational staff, report generation, and compliance with quality standards in warehouse management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Inventory and Goods Control** * Maintain records and control of goods entering and leaving the warehouse. * Verify that received goods match purchase orders and/or delivery notes. * Supervise proper arrangement and organization of products within the warehouse. * Conduct periodic physical counts to validate stock levels against system records. **Administrative Management and Reporting** * Prepare distributions and reports in Excel using pivot tables and formulas. * Generate and print labels for product and shipment identification. * Document and promptly report any incident, operational issue, or exception. * Prepare reports requested by management (inventory, movements, productivity, etc.). **Operational Staff Coordination** * Coordinate and assign tasks to warehouse operational staff. * Supervise team members’ daily activity completion. * Maintain an orderly, safe, and collaborative work environment. **Operations and Logistics** * Actively participate in warehouse operational tasks (receiving, packing, dispatching). * Download and print shipping guides from Mercado Libre’s platform. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate Excel * Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Mercado Libre (shipping guide download, order management). * Label printing (thermal printer operation). * Basic inventory control knowledge. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Completed high school education \* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in similar warehouse or logistics roles \* Age 22–40 **WE OFFER:** Monthly salary: $12,000–$14,000 Statutory benefits.
