Job Objective: To ensure nationwide continuous control, monitoring, and operation of the ambulance fleet through daily coordination with operators, validation of evidence, document control, and management of maintenance and services—guaranteeing operational availability, vehicle safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: * Conduct daily nationwide monitoring of ambulances * Request and validate photographic evidence and unit status reports * Identify, record, and track mechanical, operational, or administrative incidents * Manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet * Administer tire, spare parts, and consumables inventory required for vehicle operations * Coordinate services with external providers (workshops, tire centers, insurance companies, agents, etc.) * Handle and manage vehicle documentation and procedures such as emissions inspections, registration renewals, insurance policies, and permits * Handle and manage vehicle documentation and procedures such as emissions inspections, registration renewals, insurance policies, and permits * Maintain updated vehicle inventory, including location, status, and availability * Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, incidents, maintenance activities, and availability * Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines applicable to ambulances * Provide timely follow-up on requests from the logistics and operations departments related to vehicle operations * Propose improvements to optimize fleet utilization, control, and cost Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in vehicle control, fleet management, or operational logistics * Proficiency in Excel and tracking tools * Basic knowledge of Mexican vehicle regulations If you are interested in this position, please apply through this channel.
