




Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive development of urban development projects, from planning through to delivery of construction drawings, ensuring coordination and design. Excellent work environment and support for professional development. **Job Objective** The **Urban Development Designer** will be responsible for the comprehensive development of urban development projects within the technical area, ensuring proper planning, design, and coordination of networks and systems comprising development infrastructure—from conceptual stage through to delivery of construction drawings. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare construction-level designs for **sanitary sewer, stormwater drainage, and potable water networks**. * Coordinate and review the preparation of **low-voltage, medium-voltage, and public lighting** designs in accordance with current regulations and specifications. * Develop geometric designs for **elevations and grades**, utilizing surveying tools and digital terrain models. * Coordinate and review the preparation of designs for **wastewater treatment plants** and retention tanks (in coordination with specialists). * Model, analyze, and present technical information using **Civil 3D, CivilCAD, and AutoCAD**. * Conduct **site visits** to verify site conditions, validate progress, and coordinate with the construction team. * Manage the **review and validation** of designs with external specialists and relevant authorities. * Coordinate with **cost estimation and construction teams** to ensure designs are viable, efficient, and economically sustainable. * Prepare **descriptive and calculation reports** for each urban development discipline. * Ensure compliance with applicable **technical standards, manuals, and regulations**. * Participate in interdisciplinary technical coordination meetings. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 8 years developing urban development projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Sanitary, stormwater, and potable water networks. * Low- and medium-voltage systems, public lighting. * Wastewater treatment plants. * Topographic surveys and elevation modeling. * Proficiency in **Civil 3D, CivilCAD, and AutoCAD**. * Familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) and cartographic database management is desirable. * **Availability:** For site visits and coordination with various departments and authorities. **Competencies and Skills** * Planning and attention to detail. * Technical analysis and problem-solving ability. * Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines. * Proactive, responsible, and collaborative attitude. * Clear and effective communication. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. * Teamwork and multidisciplinary coordination capability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Professional growth within the technical area. * Participation in high-impact infrastructure and housing projects. * Excellent work environment and support for professional development.
