Excellent on-site work and learning environment **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Drive the proper execution of residential projects through on-site supervision and monitoring of construction processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, schedules, and progress milestones, while actively contributing to operational coordination and continuous project improvement—developing both technical and leadership skills to support solid advancement into higher-responsibility roles within the organization. **IMPORTANT: ONLY CVs FROM CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LOCATED IN THE STATE OF YUCATÁN WILL BE ACCEPTED.** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with construction processes and quality standards. * Monitor physical progress against the established schedule, identify deviations, and support implementation of corrective actions. * Verify that all work is performed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and project guidelines. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and status updates to support sound decision-making. * Assist in controlling and tracking materials, estimates, and resources used on site. * Maintain effective communication with the site team to ensure uninterrupted project operations. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of construction processes and on-site supervision practices. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1–2 years’ experience in end-to-end construction supervision and execution. * Preferably experience in residential housing projects and/or vertical developments. * Knowledge of construction processes and on-site progress monitoring. * Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings at basic to intermediate levels. * Experience supervising personnel and operational activities on site. * Personal vehicle is mandatory for transportation and operational follow-up. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience managing and coordinating on-site personnel. * Knowledge of preparing and tracking estimates, material requisitions, and material quantification. * Familiarity with piecework control, productivity supervision, and administrative support on site. * Basic proficiency in progress reporting and tracking controls. **IDEAL PROFILE:** * Genuine interest in professional development and advancement toward a Senior Site Resident (Type A) position. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented field profile. * Strong ability to monitor, execute, and resolve operational issues. * Responsible, committed, and possessing a mindset of continuous learning. * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with contractors and site personnel. **WE OFFER:** * Professional development and growth within high-end residential projects * Growth plan and advancement to positions with greater responsibility. * Excellent on-site work and learning environment. * Statutory benefits * Job stability and the opportunity to be part of high-impact construction projects. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 7:50 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
