Description
**What you’ll do:**

Lead facilities technicians to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery, maintaining building facilities and installed equipment in optimal condition.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
A. Manage preventive maintenance and check\-lists for equipment and HVAC, electrical, gas, pneumatic water, lighting, IT, and fire protection systems.
B. Comply with Eaton’s and relevant authorities’ requirements regarding Safety, Environment, C\-TPAT, OEA, and property insurance.
C. Ensure timely and proper supply of electricity, water, and gas at all times.
Ensure applicable operational controls are implemented in your areas.
Follow up on staff questions regarding the environmental management system.
Support compliance with and implementation of the environmental policy.
Contribute to achieving environmental objectives and targets.
Support maintenance of the environmental management system for environmental protection.
Carry out activities defined in the methods and procedures of the environmental management system.
Understand the impacts of environmental aspects.
Attitude and commitment reflecting urgency and responsibility:
**Qualifications:**

A. LEAD/Advance
B. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
C. Advanced-level electromechanical technician.
D. Advanced-level HVAC technician.
E. Diploma in Safety – Certified (preferred).
F. Forklift operation – Valid license (preferred).
G. Education: High school diploma. Technical field: Electrical, HVAC, or Building Maintenance (preferred).
H. Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities.
I. Intermediate technical English (written, spoken, and reading).
J. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
