**MAV Ingeniería integral is looking for:** Surveying Engineer or Graduate Surveyor **Requirements:** * **Preferably degree and professional license** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience **Knowledge:** * Office software proficiency * Quality control of construction materials * AutoCAD proficiency * GPS proficiency * Administrative procedure management * Email proficiency * Total station and surveying level proficiency **Responsibilities:** * Topographic surveys of structures and land parcels * Verification of layout references and benchmark levels * Supervision of control points, layouts, lines, and levels * Setting-out levels and layouts * Delimitation and demarcation of areas * Calculation of areas and volumes for work progress * Verification of levels and plumbness of structures during construction phase * Verification of possible structural settlements * Preparation of topographic control reports within established periods Job type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 12 months Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
