The company has an extensive nationwide distribution network, including over 100 company-owned stores and partners. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide quality service and meet customers' needs. * Execute sales strategies established by the General Management and Marketing Manager. * Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers. * Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints and suggestions, and resolve issues. * Responsible for branch inventory. * Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers. * Implement sales strategies. * Control income and expenses. * Collect payments for products and services via bank terminal. * Invoicing. * Ensure achievement of sales objectives and other company goals. **REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS** * Minimum education: high school diploma. * Minimum 4 years of customer service experience. * Proficiency in sales systems and computer equipment. * Proactive. * Sense of urgency. * Adaptability. * Teamwork.
