Attention to detail and print quality. **Job Objective:** Responsible for executing the screen printing process, ensuring precise color matching, perfect registration, and compliance with quality standards for each production run. Key Responsibilities: * **Screen Preparation:** Emulsifying, exposing (developing), and reclaiming frames. * **Ink Matching:** Preparing colors (Pantone) and handling different ink bases (Plastisol, Water-based, Discharge, Vinyl inks). * **Setup and Registration:** Aligning designs across multiple ink colors on manual multi-station presses, ensuring no misalignment. * **Production Control:** Monitoring drying (pre-drying and curing) to prevent ink cracking or substrate scorching. * **Maintenance:** Thorough cleaning of frames, squeegees, and work area after each print run. Ideal Candidate Profile: * **Experience:** Minimum \[1 to 2 years] in similar roles, specifically in promotional items and T-shirts. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with various mesh counts and squeegee angles. * **Skills:** Excellent visual acuity, organization, cleanliness, and ability to work under delivery time pressure. * **Attitude:** Punctuality and attention to detail (avoiding stains or print defects).
