Practical experience in S/4HANA upgrades Capital Empresarial Horizonte Empresa Mexicana, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: SAP BASIS Consultant **Conversational English** **To work in CDMX or GDL or QRO or MTY (Hybrid)** We are looking for a highly qualified SAP Basis expert to execute complex SAP system upgrades and conversions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP Basis, in-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, and hands-on experience in SAP system conversions, upgrades, copies, and migrations. Key Responsibilities: * More than **7 years** of experience in **Basis** * Plan and execute SAP system upgrades (NetWeaver, EHP, SPS, Kernel) in development, quality, and production environments. * Lead **SAP S/4HANA conversions from ECC**, including pre-checks, simplification item analysis, and custom code corrections. * Use tools such as **SUM** (Software Update Manager), Maintenance Planner, DMO (Database Migration Option), and SPAM/SAINT. * Experience in upgrades, system copies, and client copies. * Perform **OS/DB migrations**, Unicode conversions, and HANA database upgrades. * Conduct conversion dry-runs, smoke tests, and transition planning for production migrations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and readiness for upgrades and conversions. * Troubleshoot technical issues during and after upgrade/conversion. * Maintain comprehensive documentation of upgrade/conversion procedures and lessons learned. * Stay current with SAP’s roadmap, release strategy, and best practices for upgrades and conversions. * Experience with ECS will be valued. * Practical experience in S/4HANA version/release upgrades is required. **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
