Formulate research problems, hypotheses, and objectives. **Research methodology** **Job Objective:** Develop the necessary competencies to design, plan, and conduct scientific research by acquiring and applying methods, techniques, and tools specific to the research process, with the aim of solving relevant problems in one's field of study. **Responsibilities:** * Understand the epistemological and methodological foundations of scientific research, distinguishing among qualitative, quantitative, and mixed approaches. * Formulate research problems, hypotheses, and objectives, appropriately structuring the theoretical and conceptual framework. * Select and apply data collection and analysis methods, techniques, and instruments according to the nature of the research problem. * Enhance each student's level of development. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license in biology, chemistry, social sciences, psychology, philosophy, administration, or related fields. * **Mandatory possession of at least one of the following certifications:** TOEFL (600 pts.), IELTS (Level 7), TOEFL CBT (240 pts.), TOEFL IBT (94 pts.), PTE (67 pts), Cambridge ESOL Exams (CAE), Bulats (75 pts.), TOEIC (780 pts.) * Teaching experience. * Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar is desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation * Effective communication * Organizational skills * Ethics **Why Work at UVM?** We are Mexico’s largest private university, with 60 years of academic excellence, social commitment, and professional vision.
