We are currently seeking to strengthen our Quality Management System with committed, analytical talent. * ️ **The challenge** We are looking for a **Quality Management Analyst** to ensure proper control and monitoring of Quality Management System processes, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within pharmaceutical operations. **Key responsibilities** * Control and administration of Quality Management System documentation. * Tracking of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls. * Support during internal, external, and regulatory audits. * Review and follow-up of procedures, forms, and instructions. * Management of quality department KPIs. * Monitoring compliance with **BPM/GMP**. * Support in implementing improvements within the quality system. * Coordination with operational departments to ensure documentary and regulatory compliance. **Profile we seek** * Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB), Food Chemistry and Biology (QFI), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * **Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.** * Knowledge of **BPM/GMP and Quality Management Systems**. * Experience handling deviations, CAPAs, and regulatory documentation. * Attention to detail and analytical mindset. * Organization, follow-up skills, and compliance orientation. **What we offer** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Parking. * Medical and psychological counseling. * Professional development within Psicofarma.
