Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet specifications and standards at all stages of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Inspection at all stages of the production process We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our quality assurance team. This position is critical to ensuring that products meet customer specifications and internal standards before, during, and after the production process. Job Objective Inspect and verify product quality at various stages of the process by applying sampling, measurement, and recording methods in accordance with established procedures. Main Responsibilities * Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. * Apply sampling and measurement methods according to procedures. * Record inspection results in designated forms or systems. * Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions. * Quarantine non-conforming material for analysis. * Support calibration of measurement equipment. * Meet quality and productivity metrics. Required Profile * Education: Technical high school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience in industrial processes. * Knowledge: Interpretation of specifications, use of measuring instruments, non-conformance control, safety and hygiene standards. Schedule and Shifts * Rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday: * 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM * 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM * 3rd shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Salary and Benefits * Monthly gross salary of MXN 12,747.00. * Meal vouchers. * Free uniforms. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * On-site parking. * Possibility of an indefinite-term contract.
