Job Summary: Support quality inspection and control of production processes to ensure printed products meet technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with printing, finishing, and assembly of folding cartons. **Position: Quality Assistant** **Department:** Quality / Production **Industry:** Graphic arts – printing of corrugated and folding carton packaging **Position Objective:** Support quality inspection and control of production processes to ensure printed products comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. * Verify printing, finishing, dimensions, colors, and folding carton assembly. * Record inspection results and report quality deviations. * Support production release and shipment activities. * Track non-conformities and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards. * Support internal audits and documentation controls within the department. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferred). * 1\-3 years of experience in quality or production (experience in graphic arts is desirable). * **Basic knowledge of inspection and quality control.** * Basic proficiency in recordkeeping and reporting. * **Competencies and Skills:** * Attention to detail * ECT testing * Knowledge of FSC / ISO9001:2015 certifications * In the areas of **offset** and ***corrugated*** * Knowledge of printing, die-cutting, gluing of folding cartons and corrugated board * Micrometer operation * Pantone color guide usage * Laboratory experience (material audits for paper, inks, corrugated board, etc.) * Customs control * Organization and follow-up * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Use of measurement equipment common in the graphic arts industry. * Observation and analysis * Effective communication **We Offer** Weekly salary Statutory benefits Food vouchers: $1,200\.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (single shift) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
