Job Summary: VOLVO is seeking an experienced bus workshop supervisor with expertise in maintenance and repair for an expansion and growth project. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience in bus maintenance and repair, this is your opportunity! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the punch press to manufacture parts according to the production schedule. * Monitor the machine during operation to detect deviations or mechanical failures during the process. * Verify finished parts to confirm compliance with specifications. * Check and load programs, modifying necessary parameters for the program to be processed. * Change tools according to the program to be processed. * Sharpen and regrind tools. * Supply raw materials to the punch press. * Remove finished products and place them onto work carts. * Verify tool stock levels to request replenishment. * Perform autonomous TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) on the machine as per the scheduled calendar. * Communicate effectively with team members regarding cutting processes and potential issues arising from role changes. * Complete the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) production log sheet. * Follow protocols in case of power outages. * Report resource, tool, device, and facility requirements or anomalies to the area leader to ensure proper operation. * Report any anomalies related to consumption, destinations, poor quality, or shortages of raw materials to the leader. * Maintain the work area and machine under appropriate 5S conditions and applicable safety requirements. * Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. * Train new personnel on punch press operations. * Observe and comply with organizational safety regulations and code of conduct. * Observe and comply with all guidelines established by environmental authorities and the organization. **WHAT WE SEEK?** * Education: High school diploma (preferred). * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a similar position, preferably in the bus transportation or heavy-vehicle sector. * Prior experience in team leadership and coordination. **BENEFITS** * Additional grocery vouchers on top of salary. * Monthly bonus, in addition to salary. * Savings fund. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Vacation premium. * Etc. **WORK LOCATION** Tultitlán, State of Mexico
