Definition of quality standards and risk management * Work Mode: Hybrid (Monterrey, Nuevo León) * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture * Years of Experience: 3 years. * COMPUTER EQUIPMENT * RESIDENT OF MONTERREY, NUEVO LEON * Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm **Job Description** * Engineering profile with experience in managing engineering, installation, energy-saving, and environmental projects. * Experience managing multiple sites (stores, restaurants, banks, etc.). * Experience managing electrical project vendors. * Organized, proactive, with a sense of urgency, strong verbal communication skills, and ability to resolve administrative and project-related issues. * Project management. * Project planning based on authorized initial requirements. * Risk management within projects. * Development of plans for each project. * Support in defining quality standards for deliverables. * Joint development of the project work plan with the team. * Participation in initial project budget definition sessions. * Support in project budget management. * Vendor management. * Review of timely and proper execution of the Work Plan. * Review of acceptance of all defined deliverables. **Skills** * Knowledge of Design. * AutoCAD. * Soils Reports. * 3D Max. * Photoshop. * Microsoft Office. Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
