Production Supervisor

Description

Position Summary: Supervise processes to ensure shift profitability, control waste, meet production plans, and lead teams under safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of operational teams and management of production indicators. 2. Focus on continuous improvement and problem solving. 3. Emphasis on quality control and waste minimization. Ensure shift profitability through strict waste control, adherence to the production plan, and effective leadership of human resources under safety and quality standards. * **KPI Management:** Monitor and improve **OEE**, efficiency, and square meters produced per shift. * **Waste Control:** Implement technical actions on the shop floor to minimize cardboard and material waste. * **Continuous Improvement:** Lead the **PDCA** cycle to resolve operational issues and optimize changeover times (*set\-ups*). * **Team Leadership:** Manage discipline, safety, and training of operational crews (up to 80 people). * **Quality Assurance:** Inspect traceability and technical standards for flexographic printing and die-cutting. * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Intern or Graduate). * **Experience:** 2 years supervising processes in the **corrugated packaging industry** or conversion (Mandatory). * **Competencies:** Data- and fact-based decision making, assertive leadership, and results-oriented mindset. * **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements (Savings fund, grocery vouchers, among others). * **Stability:** Direct employment with the company and an excellent working environment in the Querétaro industrial zone.
