Core Job Responsibilities: 1\. Optimize production parameters to reduce cycle times. 2\. Implement improvement conditions across all plant operations to optimize processes. 3\. Create and maintain required technical documentation for production. 4\. Provide technical support to the production area. 5\. Support updates to technical documentation. 6\. Conduct tests using new tools. 7\. Perform cost-benefit analyses. 8\. Contribute ideas for future project processes. 9\. Ensure adherence to work order timelines. 10\. Conduct time and motion studies. 11\. Participate in annual savings projects impacting a set of part numbers. 12\. Monitor compliance with autonomous maintenance activities in the area. 13\. Participate in improving the 6S system in the area. 14\. Monitor and analyze OEE. 15\. Conduct GEMBA walks. 16\. Develop one monthly improvement proposal for the CNC area. 17\. Monitor implementation progress of floor-level improvement projects. Other Responsibilities: Generate at least one improvement proposal (Kaizen) per month. Report red-tag area issues for tracking improvements. Requirements: Requirements: Mechanical/Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineer Basic English proficiency 1–3 years of experience in plastic injection/extrusion companies (preferably with fiberglass) or in companies operating CNC machines Problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Whys Required Skills Service-oriented attitude.
