




**Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with the production plan and quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Supervise the operation of decorating machines (DESCO or KASE) and perform maintenance. * Coordinate personnel, assign tasks, and track progress. * Train and coach new hires. * Manage 5S activities and participate in cross-functional teams (EMEE’S). * Manage inventories (raw materials, finished goods, SKUs). * Use ERP systems (Oracle preferred), generate production entries, and open process steps in the system. * Negotiate with internal departments (quality, warehouse, internal customers). * Knowledge of and management of KPI/KBI metrics. **Requirements:** * Technical degree / upper secondary education. * Minimum experience: 2 years. * ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred).
