





**Post-Sales Coordinator** We are looking for a passionate **Post-Sales and Warranty Coordinator** who values quality and customer service. The main objective is to **ensure customer satisfaction during the delivery of their new home**, by supervising quality, maintenance, and timely responses to warranty reports. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide prompt, personalized, and professional customer service during delivery and post-sales follow-up. * Coordinate and supervise technical and cleaning personnel, ensuring proper execution of tasks. * Verify quality and completion of details before final delivery to the customer. * Manage budgets, estimates, and payments for the post-sales department. * Maintain control and reporting on quality, maintenance, and post-sales service. * Implement preventive actions to avoid recurring issues in developments. * Handle warranty claims or maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution. * Prepare and analyze performance, progress, and results reports for the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles within the construction, real estate, or maintenance sectors. * Experience supervising maintenance and repair technicians. * Valid driver's license. * Own vehicle preferred. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Fuel allowance **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Experience: * Post-sales: 3 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site
