Pharmaceutical Industry; invites you to join its team as: **PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY TRAINER** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Biology (QFB), degree certificate, and professional license. · 2 years of experience as a trainer in pharmacy. · Gender-neutral. · Knowledge of applicable health legislation (General Health Law, Regulation of Health Inputs, FEUM Supplement, and current Mexican Official Standards). · Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control. · Design, implementation, auditing, and lifecycle control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). · Ability to structure study plans, create digital teaching materials, and manage online training platforms. · Capacity to coordinate, attend to, and respond technically and legally to inspections by regulatory authorities. **Responsibilities:** · Ensure strict compliance with all current Mexican health regulations in service areas. · Supervise and coordinate correct execution of document control, recordkeeping, and regulatory support tasks. · Validate and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals, ensuring proper alignment with health legislation and company standards. · Design the annual regulatory training strategy and coordinate development of teaching materials for delivery (primarily online). · Coordinate training sessions according to the annual training plan with pharmacy training assistants and supervisors. · Manage regulatory files for facilities, ensuring all legal documentation is up-to-date and ready for COFEPRIS audits or inspections. · Evaluate the impact of new reforms or updates to health laws, determining operational changes required for daily activities. · Deliver and lead high-priority virtual regulatory training sessions for staff, ensuring correct understanding of critical health regulations. · Report regulatory compliance status, training progress, and operational guidance. **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $16,155 less taxes · Statutory benefits · Savings fund: 10% of monthly salary · Food vouchers: 15% of monthly salary · Subsidized cafeteria Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
