**Monithor Job is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Anzures - Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A growing Accounting and Finance firm is seeking a Payroll Specialist who masters the end-to-end payroll process and ensures absolute accuracy in operations. We are looking for a highly technical, solution-oriented, and results-driven professional capable of managing multiple payrolls simultaneously under pressure and to high quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** End-to-end payroll process management (calculation, validation, electronic invoicing, and disbursement). Administration of payrolls for multiple clients and diverse payroll schemes. Ensuring strict compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. Control and validation of complex payroll incidents. Coordination with internal departments and direct client support. Identification and resolution of risks or inconsistencies in the process. Continuous process improvement and optimization of delivery timelines. **Candidate Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Solid and verifiable experience in payroll processing (multi-company experience preferred). In-depth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation. Advanced proficiency in payroll systems. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. Autonomous profile with sound judgment and problem-solving focus.
