Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We Offer: Competitive salary \+ Statutory benefits **Position Objective** ----------------------- Guarantee the accurate execution, supervision, and optimization of operational processes related to the administration, calculation, and payment of client payroll, as well as compliance with tax and labor obligations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and customer retention. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **Leadership and Operational Management** * Lead, supervise, and develop the operational team (Payroll Executives, Social Security Analysts, etc.). * Foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. * Ensure proper assignment and tracking of departmental activities. ### **Control and Auditing** * Supervise daily payroll operations and affiliation-related transactions. * Conduct random audits of payroll calculations, severance payments, settlements, and operational processes to minimize errors and risks. ### **Tax and Labor Compliance** * Validate timely payment of tax and social security obligations. * Ensure compliance with institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and FONACOT. * Monitor applicable requirements and regulatory updates. ### **Planning and Continuous Improvement** * Design and implement process and system optimization strategies. * Analyze performance indicators to support operational and strategic decision-making. * Propose improvements focused on efficiency, quality, and service. ### **Customer Support and Follow-up** * Address and resolve incidents or requests from active clients. * Provide specialized advisory services and ensure adherence to established service-level agreements. **Required Profile** -------------------- ### **Education** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Postgraduate studies or specialization are desirable. ### **Experience** * Minimum 4 years of experience in: * Payroll administration and calculation. * Personnel management. * Operations supervision. * Tax and labor compliance. ### **Additional Requirements** * Excellent executive presence. * Availability of time and willingness to travel. * Personal vehicle is desirable. **Essential Technical Knowledge** ----------------------------------------- * Federal Labor Law and IMSS Law (Advanced level). * INFONAVIT and FONACOT (Advanced level). * Payroll systems, SUA, and IDSE. * SAT regulations (Intermediate level). * Proficiency in Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- Leadership and team management Strong analytical ability Organization and strategic planning Decision-making Effective communication Results orientation Customer service and support Teamwork and problem-solving
